De asemenea, în toate încăperile au fost instalate sisteme de detectare a fumului și a incendiilor.

The building is a beautiful antique building purchased in 2011. Previously the basement was used as a nightclub, and the main building served as an Italian restaurant where weddings were also held. In 2012 the building was converted into a "hostel" with 100 beds, a bar on the basement floor, and private rooms on the second floor. The hostel was the largest in Romania.
The built area is 1100 sqm, with a useable area of 906 sqm and consists of two wings with separate entrances. The structure is privately owned and resides on a plot of 530 sqm.
At the beginning of 2020, with the start of the corona, the building was converted into a hotel with an investment of about 150,000 euros. The shared showers were removed. Large rooms were split into two rooms, toilets and showers were added, the gas heating system was replaced with a new, high-quality system, and air-conditioning was added to all the rooms. The space created by removing the shared toilets and showers has been converted into a laundry, and all laundry is done "in-house." Also, smoke and fire detection systems were installed in all the rooms.
The hotel has 29 guest rooms. In addition to the guest rooms, there is a reception desk, kitchen for employees, laundry and showers for employees, a machine room, and a studio apartment for employees that includes a shower, a toilet, and a kitchenette. There is also an office room and a 60-meter basement used as a warehouse. Publi24_1651887546
