If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Online Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our clients digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
What does an Online Marketing Specialist do?
The Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing strategy, creating and implementing impactful online advertising campaigns. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Online Marketing Specialist will work with account management team and all supporting teams (such as communication team), and vendors to launch effective campaigns on time and on budget for all our clients.
The Online Marketing Specialist will participate in meetings with the clients to discuss business objectives and to clarify marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Design and implement advertising strategy to align with client goals
Plan, design and execute all online advertising campaigns cross-channel and cross-platform: search (Google Search Network, Bing Network), display (Google Display Network, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, local networks), video, email marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.
Manage campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimizations
Ensure campaign delivery, performance, and goals are being fulfilled
Utilize analytics platforms to evaluate advertising performance and make recommendations to optimize spend and performance for continual improvement
Daily implementation of paid search tactics including keyword research, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, budget allocations, and landing page analysis
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences. Conduction keywords research.
Create SEO audit, use specialized platforms and create SEO strategies
Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies
Identify trends and insights relevant to our clients products and services, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Report writing and presenting to clients
Participate in meetings with clients
Requirements
experience in e-commerce accounts it s a plus
2+ years experience (agency background preferred) in the set-up, management, and optimization of paid social and PPC initiatives that drive client objectives
Experience with pulling data and generating advanced reports
High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, highly charged environment
Flexibility and creative approach to problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Team player, agile and a good communicator. Ability to work in different teams.
Demonstrated ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and successfully manage multiple assignments.
Proven hands on experience executing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, including SEM and display, video and mobile app (a plus)
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and similar analytical tools
