For our location in Romania (Sibiu) we are looking for a Management Assistant (m/f/d) Your tasks: · Organizing internal and external travels (Files & Travel management) · Active correspondence with internal and external accounting and preparation of official documents/records · Support manager in all administrative tasks such as personnel fles (overtime, rest leave, medical leave) · Preparation of accounting documents: invoices, receipts consumption, minutes, records of receipts and payments · Collaboration with external service providers, business partners and local authorities · Weekly reporting to product company and customer center in Neustadt/Germany · Customer correspondence in written form and by telephone · Preparation of commercial offers/invoices of service interventions.
