Job description

Main duties will include:
•Supporting our Romanian/Russian customer service lines;
•Answering emails and working with the client’s documentation;
•Managing sales and marketing communications with Romanian customers;
•Working closely with our Marketing team to grow effective social media sales channels;
•Engaging customers to use our services, promote existing and new products;
•Contacting clients to help them with the money transfer process;
•Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the companys social pages.
The ideal candidate’s skills and experience:
•At least 2 years of experience in an engaging customer service role, client support, or call centre;
•Good command of computer skills;
•Good knowledge of social media and ability to interact with clients on social networks.
•Pro-active, positive approach, and can-do attitude;
•Excellent communication skills, with a polite and innovative approach to customer engagement;
•Ability to attract and inspire clients;
•Problem-solving skills;
•Ability to work in a busy environment;
•Russian language on an intermediate level is considered an advantage;
•The English language is required on an intermediate level;
•Romanian native speaker similar linguistic level.

This role is hourly paid and on a Self-Employed contract basis. Gross (brutto) salary is estimated at 1,100 EUR month. We will provide details further to selected candidates.
