Hey! Wings Advertising is a newly founded media agency, working internationally and we’re looking for a passionate person to join our team as a TikTok Content Creator.
That’s right! We know this is not a usual job, that’s what makes it so fun!
This position is for people who don’t necessarily like the traditional options when it comes to jobs and they recognize the power of social media. This is for people who value themselves and believe they can do more and be more.
This is for the people who are not afraid to try new things, learn new skills and express themselves freely. This is for people who really want to make an impact and a difference through their work … for people who think they matter!
This is NOT a traditional job … so if you are a joyful, energetic person that loves to be on camera and you’re not afraid of sharing your voice with the world, then this is for you!
What are you going to learn here:
- How social media truly works - you’ll see behind the curtains of some of the biggest eCommerce brands and learn the growth strategies applied by some of the biggest influencers
- How to create engaging content that reels people in and keeps them engaged
- How to structure a short-term video
- How to talk in front of the camera
- How to prepare for shooting content
- How online brands are actually making sales
- How to grow an account on TikTok (& Instagram)
What are you going to do on a daily basis:
- Shoot video content based on proven concepts for different international brands
- Research the latest social media trends and create content ideas based on these trends
- Come up with new creative ideas for video content
- Post the content on our social media accounts (you won’t be using yours)
- Search for solutions to the problems that occur
Who’s the ideal person for this:
- You already consume TikTok content and you’re aware of the latest trends
- You are tech-savvy when it comes to using the TikTok platform (editing the videos, using the latest features, etc.)
- You have a passion for filming these short-form type content
- You are a creative person, but you have the discipline to follow a specific program/rules
- You are proactive and always on the move
- You have radiant, positive energy and a joyful personality
- You love to try different products
- You live in Cluj-Napoca, Tg. Mures, Brasov or Sibiu (or you can commute to one of these cities daily)
On top of these, it’s crucial to master the English language (both spoken and written) as we work with international brands and everything happens in English.
You can apply even if:
- You are in high-school
- You don’t have the ‘Bac’ diploma (but you master the English language)
- You don’t have any specific preparation (training, high school, college degree, etc.)
- You don’t have experience in any other job
