We are hiring a full-time video editor, located in Bucharest, Romania. This is not a freelance, remote or part-time role.
You will need to be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and have some capability in Adobe PhotoShop to qualify for this role. Your job will be to create short promotional materials (usually 10 secs to 2 mins) that are on-brand and look great. Following instructions well and always designing within brand guidelines is key.
The schedule is 9 to 18, including 1 hour lunchtime each business day; Official Romanian holidays are off and 21 days of vacation/year.
Requirements:
- Portfolio
- Minimum 2 years of video editing experience.
- Minimum average written and spoken English
- Excellent understanding of color usage, font usage and blank space
- Ability to use music and sound to create cohesive and interesting materials
- Ability to create coherent branding, elevate and upkeep branding.
- Ability to take instructions well and communicate effectively with the internal team
- Independence in understanding the given instructions and finding the most appropriate and creative solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced PhotoShop skills to be used on layouts/photo editing and/or manipulation is a plus
- Prior Experience designing promotional materials for successful e-commerce stores is a plus
- Using/creating (simple) illustrations ability is a plus.
- Any marketing-related experience is a plus
- DaVinci Software skills is a plus
